Personally, I see an elegant woman as someone who is comfortable in her skin: in what she wears, with what she says and with what she does.  Even the most ‘elegantly’ dressed woman looses her elegance if she isn’t confident and comfortable in what she has on/herself. An elegant women has her own opinions and thoughts, and knows how to behave while in social situations. But that’s just the way I see it…
